The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the cathedral area of Lincoln. The beds were spacious and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and cozy sitting room with a good TV. our stay was amazing, and we highly recommend this property.

The parking space was a bit tight for larger cars, and it would have been helpful to have clearer instructions for appliances and suggestions on local attractions. Additionally, a few extra kitchen items such as a jug, paring knife, and kitchen scale would have been nice.

The furnishings are stylish and practical, and the heating is left on to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's one of the best places I've ever stayed in.

The house was clean, warm, and very comfortable. I would definitely book again.

Although the kitchen was well equipped, it could have used some more baking trays. Additionally, the checkout time of 10am seemed a bit early and being asked to pay £20 for a later checkout felt a bit excessive.
